If there happens to be any production fault within usage period in the product purchased from DEVON company, the company warrants that it will repair the product or replace it with a new one for free. Physical damage due to user fault shall not be under warranty. Any intervention by a different company or person (repair, change of size etc.) breaches the scope of the warranty.
Your order is submitted to your address under DEVON Company warranty together with product certificate, invoice, box and consignment invoice.
All the orders are prepared exclusively for you and are delivered within 3-7 (three-seven) business days. The product is sent to the customer on business days (except for Saturday and Sunday as well as national and official holidays) through the contracted shipping company, Aras Kargo.
When you receive the delivery of your order, check the product, its accessories and their certificates. You should not take any product which, you believe, is a defective product.
