Cancellation and Refund Policy



GENERAL

 

  1. 1. In case of, your order in electronic while using web site, you accept the form of preliminary information and distance sales contract present to you.
  2. 2. Clients should be hold law in force in relation with selling and delivering purchased products with number of 6502 Law on the Protection of the Consumers and Distance Sales Contract (RG:27.11.2014/29188). 
  3. 3. Clients are liable to pay the forwarding charges that being so cargo cost.
  4. 4. Every items sold is delivered consumers' address or institutions in 30 days on condition that not exceed legal term. If the item is not delivered in this period, consumers can conclude the contract. 
  5. 5. If the purchased products' transfer is impossible and dealer learn this situation, dealer has to report it to customers in 3 days. Total amount must refund back pay to customers in 14 days. 
  6. 6. If the buyer is not pay the amount or cancel credit card payment, dealers' delivery obligations is over.
  7. 7. After the items' delivered, if customers' credit card founds that it is used unfairly for by use unauthorized persons or sold items' price is not back pay by bank/financial institutions, customers must refund to dealer in 3 days and transportation costs  belongs to seller.
  8. 8. If there are any compelling reasons for seller and the item is not delivered on time, this situation should be submission to buyers. Buyers can prefer that cancellation the order, switch with other similar items or want to wait  the order. If the buyers cancel the order; in 14 days, total amount is refund to bank account.
  9. 9. Buyers should check the product within the topic of contract; torn, stained etc. it belongs to the category of damaged and defective goods and must protect the goods / services after delivery. Bill must be refund with product.
  10. 10. Beginning from delivery time customers have right of withdrawal without any assuming civil and criminal liability and without showing any justification in 14 (fourteen) days to condition that buyers must report the cancellation with communication informations to sellers.

CONDITION OF REFUND


Refunded prodcut must have healthy tag / hygienic bands with a transparent protection bag and the original package/ box to return. The product must be returned as received.

 

You think the oders' has get damage during the shipment, you can open the box with the company executive.

 Damaged products are not refundable if they dont have official report.

 

To refund the products, it return with the bill. If the item has not feature of selling or it cannot be sold another customers, those produts' not acceptable to refund or price is not back pay.

 

The prices of the products whose return is approved will be paid to you as soon as possible.
